CDC Director: Ebola Virus Is Threatening the World’s Safety
CDC Director Dr. Tom Frieden says the Ebola virus outbreak not only is worse than official reports of illness and fatality make it seem, but it is a threat to world safety.
At a news briefing on Sept. 2 and during an interview on CNN’s “New Day” program, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the Ebola outbreak in West Africa “is spiraling out of control.”
